Registration Information

Moving within Lincoln County:

For students currently enrolled in Lincoln County School System who've moved within the county need to bring in two current proofs of residency and photo ID of the legal parent/guardian.

You will need to provide new proofs of residency so we can plan to have your child(ren) placed for correct transportation and this ensures they are active in the student school lunch software system. This will also ensure that you will receive any postal mail from the school.

Enrolling in School:

Click here for the Enrollment Packet. The following documentation must be presented at the time of enrollment:

  • Legal Parent/Guardian driver's license

  • Original Birth Certificate

  • Current Immunization Record on GA Form 3231

  • Current 4-point health screening on GA Form 3300

  • Social Security Card

  • 2 proofs of residency

    • one proof must be a utility bill

    • both proofs must list physical address (PO boxes are not allowed)

Important Reminders:

  • The school day officially begins at 7:55 am.

    • If arriving after 7:55 am, please walk in to the front office with your student to sign in.

  • Car rider and bus notes must be sent to school in writing. Transportation changes will not be taken over the phone.

  • All visitors and volunteers must sign-in with the front office upon arrival.
