Congratulations to our April Bucket Fillers! These students are demonstrating what it means to be REAL (respectful, engaged, accountable, leaders) on a consistent basis.
Our 3rd-5th grade students will take the GA Milestones end of grade assessment May 11-14, 2026. Please make sure students arrive on time to school each day as we know they are prepared to show what they know on the test.
Dr. Goldman is one of the hardest working and dedicated leaders that we have the privilege of having in our school system. She supports the vision of our school system through dedication and determination to provide a successful and positive environment for students, teachers, staff, and our community. Our third grade students enjoyed a fun GA Milestones math review using Jenga!
Students are enjoying playing gaga ball during PE! Gaga ball is a fast-paced, high-energy, gentler version of dodgeball played in an octagonal pit, usually with a soft foam ball. Players use their hands to strike the ball, aiming to hit opponents below the knee to eliminate them. It promotes cardiovascular fitness, agility, and hand-eye coordination in a quick, engaging format suitable for all ages!

Children who are currently the Fox Den came to visit Pre-K today. 🍎📝🏫 They were greeted by their new Principal, Dr. Goldman. We got to tour the school on the way to the Pre-K classrooms. We spent time with Mrs. Alligood, Mrs. Arthur, Mrs. Kelly, and Mrs. Miller. 🧑🏫📏✏️ We are so excited to have them join us at LCES in the fall.
